The complex consists of three buildings, in terms of forming a closed space of the courtyard, thereby isolating it together with playgrounds and recreation area from the streets and roads surrounding the complex. The entrance to the territory of the complex is planned from the South. It should be noted that the courtyard is non-transport, it provides travel only for fire equipment, as well as for the passage of cars in exceptional cases. The shape and geometry of the houses in the plan fit into the city’s existing “fabric” of buildings and streets. The first and the third housing have a sufficiently wide clearance between them, which is an advantage for the second more remote deep inside the block housing, maybe with this arrangement of its apartments face the woods on the banks of the Luga river and the river itself.
